Now Hiring: Inside Sales Support Representative

Position Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team in St. John’s. 
This position will provide support to our customers and sales team by handling incoming 
sales inquiries, assisting with front-counter sales, and supporting our inside sales 
operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receive and respond to incoming customer sales inquiries by phone, email and ecommerce channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders and general sales-related requests.
• Facilitate sales transactions and ensure customer requests are followed through 
  accurately and efficiently.
• Support the front-counter sales team by providing coverage during absences and 
  assisting with customer service and sales activities as required.
• Provide support to the inside sales team as requested.
• Communicate with customers and team members to ensure orders and inquiries 
  are handled in a timely manner.
  
• Learn and develop knowledge of the Company's products, services and industry.
  
• Maintain accurate information and attention to detail when processing customer 
  orders and sales-related tasks.
  
• Provide intercompany support to other Tucker Group businesses as needed

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 p
• Competitive pay of $23–$29 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
