Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Other Returns: If an item is returned for any reason other than damage or defect, a refund will be issued, less the return shipping which is responsibility of the customer. Items that are not returned in their original condition are ineligible for refund.

Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging when possible.
Please note: Returns can only be processed in-store at this time. If you would like to process a return, but cannot make it to our location, please contact us for assistance.
Newfoundland Distributors reserves the right to deny refund requests. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected.
